Connecting Leadership

By: Anne Pronk

Connection between stakeholders is crucial within teams, in organizations, and, of course, in contact with the customer.

In the Connecting Leadership training by Anne Pronk, participants work together for half a day. The predetermined goal sets the structure of the training program.

The training starts in the education room of Museumpark Orientalis, after which various exercises are conducted in the landscaped outdoor space. The inspiration and imagination of the museum park are fully utilized. Systemic work is also integrated using a constellation. The training is practically oriented so that what is learned can easily be brought back into the organization.

Chief of Change

By: Hanneke van der Heijden

How do you bring people along in change? And how do you ensure real impact? In this context, Hanneke van der Heijden developed two training courses intended for change agents or impact makers dealing with major societal issues. There isa better place to take stock of your role as a change agent or your team in a change process than at Museumpark Orientalis. Where personal learning (what have ik to do in my role as an impact maker) and collective learning (what is ons as a team or organization to do in relation to major societal issues) come together.

During this training, these change agents take stock, both individually and together. How are things standing regarding their energy, enjoyment, and impact as Chiefs of Change? In which areas can they further develop as sustainable leaders, and where do they need some support?

Impact Magnet

By: Hanneke van der Heijden

Support is the most frequently heard word professionals encounter when working on a change initiative. How do you bring people along regarding the urgency, opportunities, and possibilities you envision? We will tackle this question in the beautiful surroundings that Museumpark Orientalis has to offer.

During this training by Hanneke van der Heijden, change agents (or a team of change agents) will work on 'matching' each person's individual 'why' with the collective 'why' of their team and challenge. How can they recalibrate and enrich their story by connecting with their own deeper motivations and discovering those of their teammates?

Personal leadership

By: Garbrand van den Berg

Take stock in the meantime. Do you still enjoy your work? How is your private life doing? And to what extent are you responsible for this? During the Personal Leadership training, you will map out what you need to strengthen yourself.

Trainer Garbrand van den Berg teaches you to be proactive through exercises. You will work on self-reflection to break ingrained habits. This training is a journey of self-discovery. You take charge of your life, and that makes you a strong leader for others as well.

Mindfulness

By: Center for Mindful Living

Would you like to experience what it is like to quiet down, to take in fewer stimuli, and to connect with yourself, each other, and the beautiful nature of Museumpark Orientalis? At the Center for Mindful Living (formerly the Han Fortmann Center), you can attend a workshop or training in mindfulness, for both adults and children/young people.

Labyrinth Walking Workshop

Come to the desert at Museumpark Orientalis and step into the labyrinth together. This centuries-old path leads from the outside in, only to lead you back out again. It is therefore not a maze where you get lost, but a path that leads in only one direction – to the center, that is essentially what it is all about.

Walking the labyrinth helps explore a theme. Experience how you slow down and become still as you walk, and are completely in the present moment . In a very surprising way, this can bring new perspectives and ideas to the fore.
