Browser extension of SponsorKliks
What is the Chrome browser extension for?
This has been developed to encourage the use of SponsorKliks as much as possible and to ensure that people no longer easily “forget” to make a purchase without using SponsorKliks.
Click here to install the Chrome version. You can do this in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge!
This will ensure that Museumpark Orientalis generates more revenue.
How does the extension work?
It is important that you first install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and subsequently stipulates that the committee must go to Museumpark Orientalis.
If you go directly to a webshop (i.e., if you forget to do this via your sponsored cause's SponsorKliks page), a pop-up will appear allowing you to choose whether you want to sponsor your cause or not this time. As soon as you select “Yes, I sponsor for free,” you will be redirected to the shop's website, and a commission amount will be paid to Museumpark Orientalis after a purchase.
For the webshops that you can check or uncheck, as soon as you check them, they will appear in your browser's bookmark bar. Whenever you wish to make a purchase for one of these webshops, click the order button of the relevant store, and the purchase will automatically benefit the set sponsorship goal.
So you don't have to go to SponsorKliks first.
The same thing happens if you choose the “New window with commission” option. Every time you open a new window, you see the total commission from Museumpark Orientalis and the logos of the main shops. If you click on a logo, the Museumpark Orientalis code is automatically added, so SponsorKliks knows that the commission from your purchase should go to us.
