Yes, there is ample parking opposite the entrance gate to our Museum Park. A parking token costs €7,50 and can be purchased at the ticket counter or via the website with your tickets. This way, your car is parked in a pleasant and safe spot.
Parking costs €7,50 . Parking tokens are available at the ticket counter to exit.
Yes, you can do that at the ticket counter in the main building.
Is there a student rate?
Yes, the student rate is € 12,50Access is only possible upon presentation of a valid school or student ID card.
Yes, with a Museum Card, both the standard Museum Card and the Museumkids Card for children, you get free admission to the Museum Park.
We sell the digital Museum Card at the ticket counter. You can also order the Museum Card in advance here .
Do you already have a Museum Card?
The Museum Card can be shown at the ticket counter as a physical card or via the official Museum Card app. Other forms, such as photos or screenshots of the card, are not accepted.
Unfortunately, the Vriendenloterij (formerly BankGiroloterij ) VIP card is not valid at Museumpark Orientalis. We hope to be able to offer this in the near future.
Yes, that is possible. If you indicate when ordering the tickets that they are intended as a gift , they are not tied to a specific date.
Unfortunately, refunds on tickets are not possible.
During the exhibition, visitors can go to various locations for something tasty to eat and/or drink. You can enjoy food and drinks at the Roman Inn . Would you like to make a reservation at the Inn? You can easily do so via Knaapfood: 06 1206 1884.
The Museum Park is situated in a hilly forest landscape and the distances are quite long, especially for visitors with mobility issues. Various resources are available for those visitors:
Wheelchairs are available at the entrance. The cashier can also provide information about the most accessible route for wheelchairs.
An electric van is available upon request (free of charge). Please indicate at the cashier if you would like to make use of this.
Van and wheelchairs
A van is available for people with limited mobility. Foldable wheelchairs and walkers can be taken along on the back of the van. Wheelchairs are also available for loan, both with narrow and extra-wide tires. There are no costs associated with the use of the wheelchair or the van.
Reserve wheelchairs
For wheelchairs, it is advisable to contact the Museumpark in advance via info@museumparkorientalis.nl or 024-3823110 to ensure that you can use these facilities during your visit. For the shuttle bus, it is not necessary to contact us in advance.
Accompanist
Visitors who are unable to move independently through the museum may bring a companion free of charge. This also applies to people with a visual impairment / an officially recognized companion pass.
Your dog is allowed into the Museum Park as long as it remains on a leash.
Yes, Museumpark Orientalis is happy to welcome groups. There are various packages available for planning a day out with family, friends, or an association, as a religious community, or for business. The packages are often offered with a guided tour by our expert guides.
