Exhibition 'Treasures of the Old World'
Our exhibition takes you along the ancient trade routes of five special natural products: coffee, copper, incense, silk, and salt. Ideas, knowledge, people, and religions also traveled the world via caravans. This exhibition connects the worlds of the past and the present. It shows that our contemporary questions about fair trade, sustainability, and the throwaway society are deeply rooted in a long history of exchange.
